Manchester Diamond Way Buddhist Group

We are a small Buddhist group that meets once a week at the home of one of the group’s members in Stretford, south-west of Manchester. There is always a short introduction to Buddhism, followed by a guided Buddhist meditation. These meditation classes are suitable for all who wish to learn to meditate. Newcomers are welcome, and there is always time to ask questions. Books and magazines about Diamond Way Buddhism are also available.

We occasionally host lectures on Buddhism by travelling teachers, experienced students appointed by Lama Ole Nydahl.

All weekly guided meditation  are free of charge.
