Our Edinburgh Buddhist Group is based near the City centre in the “art’s complex” building on London Road and meets twice a week for a guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa. These classes are suitable for all who wish to learn to meditate. We have a small library with Buddhist books and magazines. For newcomers there is always a short introduction to Buddhism and brief explanations on how to meditate.
We regularly hold courses on Buddhism and Buddhist meditation classes, guided by experienced practitioners and travelling teachers appointed by Lama Ole Nydahl. All weekly Buddhist meditation classes are free of charge.
Please note: there is a secured entrance to the art’s complex building. Contact us on 07586 304768 upon your arrival or let us know in advance via the contact details below.
